Walk to the mouth

Yesterday we did, for the hundredth time ,the walk to the river mouth!

Always different, always rewarding, always magical

It took us 3 hours as we did it "the chill way"

i learn at gym the other day that it is very good for your vision to scan your surrounding and to focus onto something that attracted your attention..

far and short distance eye movement..very good for focusing...

well, you certainly apply that while you walk the river mouth,

there is so much to see and hear ..and be aware of...use your senses

and feel alive!
